Big Puppy Buddy available for adoption at Pets Fur People | Local News

Buddy is a big 8 month old puppy. He is available for adoption at Pets Fur People of the Humane Society in Tyler. Buddy weighs 70 pounds and will be a little bigger when he reaches maturity. Buddy has been neutered, is up to date on start of vaccinations including rabies and has been microchipped for identification purposes. Buddy would thrive as a member of an active family with older children due to his size. There’s nothing mean about this boy about his body – he’s sweet and loves his toys and other dogs! Buddy will return home with a food starter kit, collar and leash, and a half-price certificate on Tyler Obedience Training Club Basic Obedience. For more information on adopting Buddy, call 903-597-2471 or visit the Humane Society’s Pets Fur People website – petsfurpeople.org. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pets Fur People is closed to the public and is doing adoptions by appointment only. Adoption hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday – closed for lunch 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The Humane Society’s Pets Fur People is the oldest no-kill shelter in East Texas. They offer routine vaccinations except for rabies to the public for dogs and cats. Follow them on Facebook. Please be a responsible pet owner – neuter or neuter your pets. Donations are appreciated at petsfurpeople.org.
